Privacy notice
Last updated: 6 September 2026
This notice explains what personal data DeutNet Solutions LLP collects through this website, why we collect it, and the rights you have over it. We have kept it short and specific.
Who we are
DeutNet Solutions LLP (“DeutNet”, “we”) is the data controller for the personal data described here. You can reach us at support@deutnet.com. Our registered office is #19, Victoria Ashirvaad Ottappalam, Palakkad, Kerala - 679501 India.
We are established outside the European Economic Area but offer services to clients within it, so this notice follows the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). We have not appointed a representative in the EU under Article 27 GDPR, as one is not currently required for our processing.
What we collect
We only collect what you give us, plus a small amount of technical data needed to serve the site.
- Scoping enquiries. When you use the scoping form we collect your name, your email address, and the answers you write to the three questions, along with the fact that you agreed to this notice.
- Technical data. Our hosting provider records standard server information such as your IP address, browser type, and the time of each request, to deliver the site and keep it secure.
- Usage data. We use Vercel Web Analytics to count page views and see which pages are read. It is cookieless and measures traffic in aggregate — it does not track you across other websites or build a profile of you.
We do not use advertising cookies or cross-site tracking.
Why we use it, and the legal basis
- To respond to your enquiry and, if it is a fit, to arrange a scoping call — on the basis of your consent (Article 6(1)(a)) and our legitimate interest in answering people who contact us (Article 6(1)(f)).
- To keep the website available and secure — on the basis of our legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f)).
Who else processes it
We use a small number of service providers who process this data on our behalf:
- Hosting and analytics. Vercel Inc., which serves the website, stores server logs, and provides the cookieless, aggregate visitor analytics.
- Form delivery. The scoping form is sent through Formspree (Formspree, Inc.), which forwards your submission to us by email.
- Email. Google Workspace, provided by Google LLC, which hosts our support@deutnet.com mailbox.
Each provider only processes the data needed for its part of the service. The providers listed above are our only sub-processors; they process data in the United States and the European Union under their standard data protection terms.
Where your data goes
Your enquiry is handled by our team in India, outside the EEA. Where we transfer personal data out of the EEA we rely on appropriate safeguards, in particular the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses, which our processors (Vercel, Formspree, and Google) incorporate into their data processing agreements.
How long we keep it
We keep scoping enquiries for as long as we are in contact about the work, and in any case delete them within 12 months of our last contact. Server logs are kept for a short period by our hosting provider.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you can ask us to give you a copy of your data, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to how we use it, or receive it in a portable form. Where we rely on consent, you can withdraw it at any time. To exercise any of these, email support@deutnet.com.
You also have the right to complain to a data protection supervisory authority. If you are in the EEA, you may contact the authority in your country of residence; we would also welcome the chance to resolve it directly if you email us first at support@deutnet.com.
Changes
If we change how we handle personal data we will update this page and the date above. See also our imprint.
