For founders who built it with AI

Your app looks finished. It isn't ready for real users yet.

We look at what you built, fix what stops it going live, and tell you honestly what it needs next.

Does this sound familiar?

Tick the ones you have noticed.

You probably can't name what is wrong. You can still see it.

If even one of these is true, your app is not ready for real users yet. That part is fixable.

Why this happens

It isn't your fault. It's how these tools work.

AI builders make the screens first, because the screens are what you see. The parts users never see, like where the data is kept, the rules about who can do what, and the security, often get faked so the demo works.

That is normal. Almost every prototype we review has the same gaps, and they can be fixed without starting over.

What the AI builds well

Screens, buttons, layouts, the flow from one page to the next.

What often gets faked

The database, the permissions, the checks, the security.

When we're done

What “live” means, in plain words.

This is the checklist we hold ourselves to. Every item is true before we hand it back.

  1. 01Your data is kept somewhere real.A proper database, structured so it can grow.
  2. 02Every button that looks like it saves, saves. The screens are connected to that database, so nothing vanishes when you switch device.
  3. 03People only ever see their own data.Login comes with permissions, and we test that one customer cannot open another's records.
  4. 04Bad data gets turned away at the door.Empty fields, wrong formats and broken entries are stopped before they are stored.
  5. 05Payments reach your bank account. If payments are part of the scope, real money goes through and lands where it should, once your payment account is approved.
  6. 06It runs on your own web address.Off the builder and onto your domain, on accounts you own.
  7. 07If something breaks, you're covered.Daily backups, and error alerts set up to reach you.

How it works

From “is this real?” to live, in four steps.

  1. 01 · TodaySend us what you built.A link or repo, which tool built it, and what it is supposed to do.
  2. 02 · Within 48 hoursI review it and write back. What is real, what is a placeholder, and a fixed price to get it live. Free. If we can't stand behind it, we say no.
  3. 03 · Fixed priceThe rescue. The price quoted in your review covers everything on the checklist above. Billed in advance, no extras.
  4. 04 · Your callKeep going, or take it from here.Continue with regular sprints, or take the code and run it yourself. Both are fine.

The guarantee

If we take it on, it's live within 14 working days of getting access, or you get your money back.

We fix what you built. New features go into a follow-on sprint.

The guarantee covers any web app we can access the code for. Apps on Bubble or other no-code builders get the same free review, without the guarantee.

Who's behind it

A person reads your prototype. Not a chatbot.

Anoop Nair

I'm Anoop. I spent five years as an engineering manager at German startups, in Berlin and Bavaria.

Now I run a small full-time team that ships production code for European founders every week. I read every prototype that comes in and write the review myself.

If I don't think we can get yours live, I'll tell you, and usually tell you why.

Who this isn't for

Probably not us if…

You already have engineers.

They are better placed to fix it, and they know the context.

You want the whole product rebuilt in a week.

We fix what you have. A full rebuild is a different project.

Questions

What founders ask first.

Do I have to throw away what I built?

Almost never. We usually keep your screens and rebuild what sits underneath them. The review tells you exactly which parts stay and which get replaced.

Can I keep using Lovable or Bolt?

For screens and copy, often yes. Once the app runs on a real database, some builder changes can undo our fixes, so we agree up front which parts you can keep editing and which to leave to us.

Who owns the code?

You do. It lives in your repository, on hosting and database accounts in your name, from the first day.

What if you can't fix it?

Then we say so in the free review, before you pay anything. If we accept it and it isn't live within 14 working days of getting access, you get your money back.

Do I need to be technical?

No. Everything we send is in plain language. You will need to give us access to a few accounts, and we walk you through each one.

Time zones and language?

The team works from Kerala, India, with three and a half hours of overlap with Central European time, so you get answers inside your working day. We work in English.
